Scott R. Williams, DMD
Dr. Williams grew up in Utah and received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, before attending Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, OH, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
He continues to educate himself through various study clubs and seminars to ensure he is incorporating the best in modern, proven techniques and equipment. His greatest desire, at work and in the community, is to leave people better than he finds them. Dr. Williams is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Seattle Study Club.
Dr. Williams is the proud father of six children and loves spending time with them and his lovely wife. He's an active member of his church, and when he's not at the office, he's probably either serving at church or at home attempting to herd cats, sorry, kids. When Dr. Williams and his wife have a quiet moment, they enjoy catching up on a good TV show or movie while eating takeout on the couch. On occasion, they sneak out and enjoy dinner without the kids.
As part of church and family time, Dr. Williams enjoys the occasional hike (he's even done a 14er), camping trip, or game of steal the flag. His family likes to vacation in strange and exotic places like Georgia and South Dakota. He tries to sneak in a good book once in a while and occasionally manages to stay awake enough to finish one late at night.
About Our Practice
Ascent Family Dental is located at 3535 W 12th Street, Suite B in Greeley, CO, and opened in January 2011, when Dr. Scott Williams purchased the office of Dr. Robert O. Kron. Dr. Kron established his practice in the 1970s and met Dr. Williams when he joined Dr. Kron’s team in July 2008. They remain good friends and occasionally meet for lunch to discuss dentistry and family.
Our office is designed to create a cozy yet bright atmosphere and is filled with natural light allowing for views of the wooded areas that surrounds our building. It’s not uncommon to see the squirrels run back and forth, leaping from tree to tree.
